TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

We reserve the right to modify, adjust, change or add any and all, new or existing, terms and conditions set forth, without notice, before, during and/or after.


  1. Payment Terms

    Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless the customer has an established credit account with Melken Industries, LLC.

  2. Late Payments

    Past-due invoices are subject to a 1.5% per month (18% per annum) late fee on the outstanding balance.

  3. Shipping & Delivery

    Shipping charges are based on the shipping quote provided. Delivery dates are estimates only and Melken Industries, LLC is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  4. Returns & Cancellations

    All sales are final. Orders may not be canceled once processed.

  5. Customer Responsibility

    Customers are responsible for verifying all measurements and specifications prior to ordering. Melken Industries, LLC is not responsible for errors in measurements, installation, or fit.

  6. Damages During Shipping

    Melken Industries, LLC is not liable for damage during shipping. We will assist customers with claims through the manufacturer or carrier as needed.

  7. Warranty

    Melken Industries, LLC offers the following warranties on our products:

    1. Aluminum tracking: 5-year warranty

    2. Rubber components: 2-year warranty

      This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or environmental factors.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    Melken Industries, LLC’s liability for any claim arising from the sale of products is limited to the purchase price of the products. Under no circumstances shall Melken Industries, LLC be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

  9. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  10. Miscellaneous

    Any modifications to these terms must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Melken Industries, LLC. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
